Refund policy
At BEDALIT, we believe beautiful rituals begin with trust. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested skincare, beauty, and personal care products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email support@bedalit.com and include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for your return
- Photos (if your item is damaged or incorrect)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return mailing address.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of both the product and its packaging.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened skincare products
- Opened beauty products
- Lip balms
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
- The item is defective
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.
